ALCO-MOT specializes in the manufacture of metal and lead parts for traction and industrial batteries.

We manufacture and modernize foundry tools such as molds and crucibles as well as small hand tools needed for daily work.
We manufacture, cast and machine pillars, connectors, cables, inserts, everything you need to make industrial batteries work as long as possible.
On high-performance automatic machines and six-spindle automatic lathes, we produce from brass, copper and steel rods: sleeves, inserts and connectors, threaded, smooth, according to customer requirements.
We manufacture components for Cd-Ni batteries and other metal parts on presses, lathes, threading machines, EDM machines and automatic lathes.
By opening a new chapter in the life of ALCO-MOT and in my own career, I decided to put across my approach to management. A combination of an industry typically reserved for men with a new female style of management as well as a fusion of the colour of our products with their shapehave inspired me to dare and establish a new company logo. A sign which in its character is supposed to be just whatI want ALCO-MOT’s actions to be like: clear, clean and dynamic.
In the production process we utilize two types of machining:
The cutting is done on a CNC centre, which is one of the most modern ones in Europe, made by the Swiss company PFIFFNER Instrument Transformers Ltd. The centre ensures, above all, the stability of the process and of the dimensions of the product as well as a very short time in which the finished product is obtained. The metal processed at this centre is mainly brass. The parameters which are monitored are the internal and external dimensions and threads,as agreed with the customer (frequency, documentation, measuring instruments).
ALCO-MOT as one of the few companies in Poland and Europe specializes in the casting of lead using the gravitational method. This method requires precision which is guaranteed by a stable and well-coordinated crew. For the purposes of casting we prepare and produce the casting mouldson-site. The parameters which are monitored are, above all,the temperatures of the moulds, lead, and details – as agreed with the customer (frequency, documentation, measuring instruments). When required by our customers we conduct, among others:
– PPAP – FMEA analysis – 8D reporting – SPC
ALCO-MOT uses the ISO9001 Quality Management System, which has been confirmed by the seal of approval from a TÜV SÜD unit.

ALCO-MOT monitors and systematically measures environmental parameters, expands its knowledge in the field of environmental protection and shares it with all its staff with the aim of spreading this knowledge to the local community.
All actions are carried out in accordance with the applicable environmental regulations.
For even better protection against the emergence of environmental hazards caused by the processing of lead for battery parts, ALCO-MOT is a member of the Association of Producers and Importers of Batteries in Poland founded in 1996.
This association includes such organisations as: CENTRA, ZAP SznajderBatterien, Jenox, Autopart, Midac, Five Star, Bosch, Varta, Akuma.
The main objectives of the Association are primarily to protect the rights of producers and importers, and, to a large extent, to promote the ecological principles of battery use and to protect the environment from the hazards arising from them. The Association also seeks to shape public awareness about the need for batteries recycling.
